Hi, I’m Leta!
I have been managing my Crohn’s disease free from medication for over the past 15 years by eating grain-free, dairy-free and refined sugar-free (inspired by the Specific Carbohydrate Diet).
I created Simpler Eating to share and simplify all of the information, strategies and resources that have brought me success. This is what I wish I had when starting this journey and my hope is it will support someone on theirs. Let’s get started!
